Policies & Procedures
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Class Early Cancel: More than 8 hours prior to class start time. Early cancels: no charge, class will be automatically returned to your account.

Class Late Cancel: Class is deducted from current package, OR if no current package is available client is charged the current drop-in class rate.
​
Class No-Show: $10 Fee AND a class is deducted from current package (if no current package is available, client is charged drop-in rate in addition to $10 no-show fee). No-show is defined as: cancellation within 15 minutes of class time, OR no notice.

Private/Duo/Trio Appointments: Notify your instructor a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment time (considered an early cancel). Late cancels will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment time will be charged the full session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee AND a $25 no-show fee.
Thank you for your cooperation! While Pilates South makes exceptions for true emergencies, our cancellation policies are consistently enforced for the following reasons:

To be consistent and fair, treating all clients equally

To protect and account for the instructor's time, planning, travel, and compensation (including commissions)

To be as considerate as possible to the clients who are waitlisted for a class or appointment time. If you booked a time or slot, someone else wasn't able to!

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND STUDIO CLOSURE/CANCELATION

Reformer Pilates Class packages, drop-in classes, and appointment session fees are non-refundable. Please contact Pilates South to discuss exchanging a purchase for account credit.

Pilates South reserves the right to cancel a class if 0-1 participants are enrolled in a class. The client enrolled will be notified via email and/or phone call/text and given plenty of notice. In this rare occurrence, the class will be returned to the client's account.

Weather closures will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All potential closures and closures will be communicated ahead of time via email and/or text. In the case of extreme or hazardous weather conditions the cancelation policy will be relaxed.
